Intern ‐ HR Compliance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in conducting workplace health & safety inspections and audits.
- Support compliance monitoring activities related to labor, safety, and environmental standards.
- Help maintain safety records, compliance documents, and audit reports.
- Participate in incident/accident investigations and prepare preliminary reports.
- Assist in organizing health & safety awareness programs and training sessions.
- Support fire safety activities including fire drills, extinguisher inspections, and emergency preparedness.
- Monitor PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage and safety practices on the production floor.
- Assist in compliance-related data collection and reporting.
- Participate in employee awareness campaigns related to workplace safety and compliance
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Compliance.
- Good communication skills.
