Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Intern ‐ Industrial Engineering.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure most effective & production feasible sewing constructions are proposed .
  • Preparation of accurate SMV on time considering customer design language, machinery, chassis, product capability and other limitations.
  • Carrying out method standardization, standard SMVs application etc.
  • Continuously look for Ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi.
  • Observe and escalate any abnormalities seen in shop floor and engage in resolving them.
  • Assist to improve module capacity by applying required IE tools.
  • Support to ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire processes to maintain zero accidents.

Qualifications 

  • Following a Degree in Physical Science, Engineering form a recognized University or NDT Diploma/SLITA/Textile Management.
  • Prefer textile and clothing background. 
  • Strong analytical skills with an innovation mindset with strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
