Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Provide technical support to employees regarding IT systems and applications.
· Support software installation, configuration, and system updates.
· Assist in maintaining IT equipment and network systems.
· Maintain records of IT assets and technical support activities.
· Support data backup and system security procedures.
· Assist in setting up computers, devices, and user accounts.
· Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and improvements.
· Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Qualification and Experience:
· Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
· Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic IT troubleshooting.
