KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks of the department.
- Support data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
- Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks and projects.
- Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
- Attend meetings and take notes where required.
- Support ongoing projects and process improvements.
- Handle basic communication (emails, calls) under supervision.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business Management or in a relevant field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
