KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and improvement of garments from concept to production.
- Support material testing, quality checks, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and manufacturing.
- Conduct research on new technologies, fabrics, and sustainable practices.
- Document processes, prepare reports, and provide technical insights to enhance efficiency
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (Textile, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in apparel design, manufacturing, and product innovation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools or product lifecycle management software is a plus.
- Qualifications in CIM would be an added advantage
