KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure garments accurately
- Create and construct patterns
- Support and balance the technical team’s workload
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and project coordination
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree in Textile and Apparel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
