Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for an intern to join our Marketing & Communications team in an assistant capacity. Our department handles daily promotional and communications activities targeting Communications Service Providers, government agencies, business partners, and media. We also play a key role in driving employee engagement within the organization.
Leveraging the strengths of a global company while staying rooted in the local market, we localize global promotional content into Japanese, organize media events, and create and distribute content tailored to our domestic customers. Internally, we actively work to foster a sense of unity and open communication through the planning and management of company-wide all-hands meetings and digital communications.
As an intern, you will support the team members who lead these activities across a wide range of tasks, including proofreading translated content, processing data, creating social media posts, taking photos, and supporting event operations.

You will
You will assist with a broad range of promotional activities, including:

• Supporting the planning and operation of all employee meetings and customer/media facing events
• Shooting and editing photos and videos for internal newsletters and various materials
• Creating and editing content for Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
• Designing and producing communication materials including flyers
• Maintaining various marketing-related data
• Supporting research on industry trends and brand awareness
• Other general administrative tasks

To be successful in the role it is preferable you have

• Experience in photography, video shooting, and/or editing
• Language skills - Japanese: Native level, English: Intermediate level of English understanding necessary (reading documents, some basic conversations and proficient enough to write essays in English)
• Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Premiere (proficiency in multiple tools is a plus)
• Interest in new media and communications operation
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to new challenges
• Eager to learn and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Able to work on-site at the office as a general rule
• Available to work at least 3 days per week (hours are negotiable)
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or higher
  Duration of the internship: minimum 6 months, longer duration is preferred.

仕事内容
プロモーションに関するアシスタント業務全般をお任せします。

• 社員総会や、カスタマーおよびメディア向けイベントの運営サポート
• 社内報や各種資料に使用する画像・動画の撮影および編集
• Facebook、Twitter、YouTubeへの投稿コンテンツの作成・編集
• フライヤーをはじめとする各種コミュニケーションツールのデザインおよび制作
• 各種マーケティング関連データのメンテナンス
• 業界動向やブランド認知に関する調査サポート
• その他付随する管理業務

必要な能力

• 写真・動画の撮影、編集のいずれかの経験
• 語学力- 日本語: ネイティブレベル、英語: 基礎的な理解力（文章理解及び基礎的な会話、英文エッセイが書けるレベル）
• MS Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Outlook）を使用した経験
• Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、 Premiereのいずれかの使用経験（複数使えれば尚可）
• 新しいメディアや情報発信に興味がある方
• 創造性があり、新しいことに積極的に取り組める方
• 学ぶ意欲があり、チームワークを大切にできる方
• 原則的にオフィスで勤務できること
• 週３日以上勤務できること（時間は応相談）
• 学歴: 現在、大学の学士課程またはそれ以上の学位に在籍していること

インターンシップ期間：最低6カ月、長期が望ましい
