JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We're hiring an intern to support stick fulfilment, system tracking & ops coordination across eCommerce and CRM flows.
- Stick Fulfilment Operations (Partnership & eCommerce)
- Project Coordination
- System-Based Inventory & Tracking
- Customer Support
- Ticket Classification and Analytics
- Content Inventory Management
- CRM & Refund Management
- Ops Process Documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SharePoint, or project tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Trello)
Interest in eCommerce, customer support, and tech operations
Good written communication (for internal and external updates)
