You will help research and implement frameworks, methodologies, and models to strengthen oversight processes, translate outcomes into actionable insights for senior leadership, and present findings in governance forums.
As an Associate within the Wealth Management Investments Governance team, you will perform methodology and periodic reviews and deliver analytics and automation solutions that enhance the effectiveness of our governance function. You will research and implement the frameworks and tools that support key strategic initiatives, while gaining exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and advanced analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the research and implementation of frameworks, methodologies, and models to strengthen Investments Governance oversight processes.
- Plan and execute methodology and periodic reviews to ensure analytical rigor, robust documentation, and timely resolution of findings.
- Translate complex data and review outcomes into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Prepare and present findings to governance forums and committees, supporting transparent and well-documented decision-making.
- Build and maintain automation solutions that drive efficiency and scalability across governance processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Due Diligence, Risk, Product, Middle Office, and Technology to align priorities and deliver collaborative outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in investment analytics or related functions.
- Demonstrated experience researching and implementing frameworks, methodologies, or process enhancements.
- Experience building, validating, and back-testing predictive models to support data-driven governance and decision-making.
- Experience identifying and delivering automation or analytics solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Python and AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Initiative-taking and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
- Knowledge of investment management processes, products, or governance frameworks.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) or experience in wealth or asset management.
