Mission/ Position Headline: Achieve sales target for assigned product line in responsible area. 完成所负责地区的销售目标。

Areas of Responsibilties:

- Achieve sales target in assigned area for responsible product lines. 完成所负责区域指定产品的销售目标。

- Be responsible for the marketing, promotion, and customer development of interventional oncology consumables in that region. 负责肿瘤介入耗材产品在区域内的市场推广、宣传、客户开发工作。

- Submit regular work plans and progress reports on marketing, promotion, and business development activities. 定期提供市场推广、宣传、开发的工作计划及工作报告;

- Identify customer needs and, within the assigned territory, develop and select key accounts (hospital departments and specialists), while maintaining strong professional relationships with them. 客户需求开发,在负责区域负责大客户(医院专科专家)的开发、选择及客情维护。

- Above 5 years working experience in sales, project management and technology in the field of medical equipment. 5 年及以上医药销售工作经验,有介入科,外科或专科药品等高值耗材销售经验者优先。

-Familiar with every stage of medical-device sales, possessing solid practical and theoretical expertise; candidates with extensive industry connections will be given priority. 熟悉医疗器械销售的各个环节,有过硬的实践、理论专业知识,在医疗行业 有广泛的人脉资源者优先;

- Excellent in understanding an acting on customer's needs 善于理解客户的需求 - Excellent skill in selling. 优秀的销售技巧

- Excellent skill in negotiation, project management and market information collection 优秀的谈判、项目管理和市场信息收集能力

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as good command of English 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,良好的英语水平

- Self-motivated, strong power on implementation, quick learner, able to work under high pressure,an optimistic mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.. 自我激励,极强的执行力,快速学习能力,能够承受高压的工作,乐观向上,有责任心。

- Frequent travel is required 适应高频率的差

- Bachelor’s degree or above; clinical, pharmaceutical, or medical-marketing majors preferred. 本科及以上学历,临床、药品、医药营销类相关专业优先;
