As a Client Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job responsibilities:
- Demonstrate programming skills in Python and write complex SQL code to automate processes for sourcing, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
- Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex, multi-faceted business problems using the firm's analytics and visualization platforms such as QlikSense, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Create and leverage analytical approaches to analyze domain-specific source data, providing accurate conclusions that lead to the identification of improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and communicate ideas and results to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for improving business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs within the organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of working experience on analytical tools (Tableau/ Qliksense/ SQL)
- At least 5+ years of exp. with Alteryx/ Python/ databricks to develop ETL pipelines
- Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting dashboards
- Strong grasp of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile (scrum) methodologies, and new technologies. Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency.
- Experience in developing standardized solutions for data acquisition, transformation and analysis
- Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to drive projects end to end from requirement analysis, development, testing to closure.
