This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.
Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce.com, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures.
About the role
As a IT Procurement Lead you will play a crucial role in managing vendor relations, Creating and Managing purchase orders, forecasts to suppliers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and updating contracts based on Purchase order requirements for hardware and software, You will also be responsible for communicating contracts and purchase orders to vendors and internal business stakeholders, validating pricing and quantities, and resolving any issues related to blocked invoices and open orders. In addition to these tasks, you will manage vendor relations by reconciling issues and providing vendors with projections. Frequent communication with vendors is essential, as you will need to address any issues that arise and elevate them as necessary. You will also assist the Financial Analyst with budgeting, accruals, and updating monthly expense reports. To succeed in this position, you will need a strong foundation of skills, including the ability to network effectively with various stakeholders such as Engineering, Sales& Marketing, Customer support teams and vendors. Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail, are essential. Proficiency in Coupa, G-Suite/Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint is required. What you''ll Do
- Creating and Managing purchase orders, forecasts to suppliers.

Experience you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Ability to network with vendors, purchasing and customers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and grammatical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Coupa, G-Suite/Microsoft Office specially Excel/PowerPoint or Sheets/Slides
