Role OverviewWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Rippling for applicant tracking, recruitment workflows, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closure
- Use Rippling (ATS/HRIS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and support onboarding
- Source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in Rippling
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Rippling
- Experience hiring for IT, Application Development, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services roles preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
