Job Title: IWMS Lead Configuration Engineer, AVP
Location: Pune, India
Role Description
This role requires working closely with the Business and Project Manager/Scrum Master for overall configuration implementation and support of Planon IWMS projects. Should be hands-on Planon IWMS with multiple implementation experience and experience in workflow configuration. Should be a good team player having good communication and interpersonal skills.

Your key responsibilities
- Learn Planon IWMS Capabilities Technical Configuration in the tool quickly.
- Understand Business Requirements and the design of Planon IWMS application developed for Deutsche Bank
- IWMS Configuration / Implementation i.e. Manage Configuration Changes in Planon IWMS and Reporting.
- Work with Architects & Platform Owner and support their mission for the Program Deployment
- Support issue investigation and resolution for incidents escalated to development/L3 within defined SLAs
- Perform IWMS Release Testing, Report the issues and resolve the problems.
- Ensure the best practices implementation based on Industry standard.
- Need to be involved in Reviews, check the feasibility of the solution and functional fitment as per DB standards and best practices and align customer expectations, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery and support
- Build Knowledge by documenting the configuration and enriching the Key Operating Principles.
- Prepare and deliver the Maintenance documentation, update the configuration workbook periodically.
- Suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Lead Configuration Engineer will perform the following tasks
- Project planning and execution
- Task allocation and tracking
- Monitoring and improving quality of work products through metrics reporting and analysis
- Ensuring timely delivery of all tasks assigned to the configuration team
- Ensuring achievements of the targets set for the project such as delivery of the scope within agreed quality, time, budget, and other agreed SLAs/KPIs.
- Risk analysis and mitigation
- Metrics reporting and analysis
- Project status reporting
- People management
Your skills and experience
- Must be having total 10+ years of experience and at least 8 years in configuration development/support engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of minimum 5 resources
- At least 2 years of experience in workflow configuration in Planon IWMS or similar products
- Good Exposure to DBMS concepts, and experience in designing reports.
- Technical Knowledge of SFTP, Unix and Data Exchange mechanism would be an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge of SDLC & Agile processes
- Experience in Integrated Workplace Management Systems is an advantage.
- Strong customer focus with experience of working with cross-functional/ cross-department teams
- A self-starter with strong organization skills, resolution management, and superior written and verbal communication skills
