We are looking for an accomplished and passionate Java Automation Developer Team Lead to join our cyber intelligence team in India. You will have an opportunity to participate in developing state of the art security technologies, and benefit from high-level involvement in major projects that will significantly contribute to making our world safer and more secure.
As a Cognyter you will:
- Manage a cross-functional high performing agile automation full stack development team.
- Supervise all automation development to support the system automation tests lifecycle.
- Build from scratch a large team of server-side, client-side and automation developers with full responsibility on the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Mentor, empower and lead the way to a professional, collaborative and engaged unit.
- Collaborate closely with global development and QA teams to identify and solve challenging problems.
Requirements
Your toolbox
- BSc Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a R&D manager/TL.
- Extensive background professional experience with automation development, technologies, methodologies and tools.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of server-side and client-side development concepts.
- Working in a global, adaptive and fast-responsive environment.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
An Advantage
- Experience with microservices and containers such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Experience with DevOps technologies, implementations and tools.
