We are looking for an exceptional and passionate Java Back-end Developer to join our Development Team in Pune Location. You will have an opportunity to participate in developing state of the art security technologies, and benefit from high-level involvement in major projects that will significantly contribute to making our world safer and more secure.
As a Cognyter, you will
- Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
- Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code
Key skills and requirements:
- BSc, Software Engineering or other related degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java/JEE development.
- Experience in Spring Framework
- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.)
- Experience with Microservices
- Experience with multithreading, REST, application servers and Open sources tools
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within software design and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
- Working with containers such as OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes - advantage
- Working with Maven – an advantage.
- Experience with Kafka – an advantage
- Perseverance in analyzing and resolving highly complex issues; Attention to details; Initiative
- Flexible and easy to adapt when working with multiple projects, different changes.
- Good communication skills and teamwork; Ability to learn fast.
