The Java Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions. The role involves implementing CI/CD practices, contributing to agile teams, writing clean code, performing unit testing, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers, all while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and security practices.
About the Role:
- We are seeking intermediate full-stack software engineers who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices.
- You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality software solutions while upholding best-in-class engineering standards, including test automation, security, and modern methodologies.
- This role involves writing code, collaborating with other developers, breaking down acceptance criteria to understand team backlog deliverables, complexities, and risks, and contributing effectively to an agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications & application features.
- Implement trunk-based development practices to enable continuous integration and rapid delivery.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and software design best practices.
- Ensure high levels of unit test coverage, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).
- Actively contribute to hands-on coding, code reviews, and refactoring to maintain high engineering standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in coding Java, Multi threading, REST API , SpringBoot, Hibernate ,Kafka, SQL (Oracle), Git.
- Hands on experience with UI technology like Angular, JavaScript.
- Hands on experience with Junits, Karate Framework & Cucumber.
- Expertise in design pattern & SOLID design principles.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience conducting code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and secure coding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, observability, and production monitoring.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with event-driven architecture, domain driven design & distributed systems.
- Familiarity with caching solutions and tooling.

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
