As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
· Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies
· Building and enhancing backend services and APIs using Java, Spring / Spring Boot, and RESTful architectures
· Developing responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies
· Collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Ensuring application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
· Participating in code reviews and promoting best practices across the full stack
· Troubleshooting and resolving application issues across development, test, and production environments
· Supporting CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
· Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java-based applications

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
· Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
· Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
· Frontend development experience using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
· Experience working with relational databases and writing efficient SQL
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and version control systems (Git)
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
· Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
· Effective communication and collaboration skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
· Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
· Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
· Exposure to security best practices and application authentication/authorization
· Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development
· Experience supporting healthcare or other regulated industry applications
· Skills including adaptability, attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
