Customization & Automation: Develop scripts (e.g., Groovy) for automating tasks and enhancing functionality.
Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor system performance, resolve user issues, and manage integrations with tools like Confluence or Bitbucket.
Training & Best Practices: Provide support, conduct workshops, and document procedures for users.
Upgrades & Security: Patch systems, perform migrations, and ensure data security.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Jira Administrator, ideally managing large-scale, enterprise instances.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of JIRA Configuration, Workflows, ScriptRunner/JSO Automation, and JQL.
Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
