Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior executives.
- Manage office operations, correspondence, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities with the HR team.
- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Organise meetings and events, and maintain accurate records while handling confidential information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in Executive Assistance, Office Administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and calendar management tools.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with office administration, vendor management, and basic bookkeeping.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
