As a Junior Financial Analyst, you’ll help find new, innovative ways to control sales and operating expenses. The team is heavily focused on transformation, so there will be lots of opportunities for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.
As a Jr. Financial Analyst, you will support your local finance operations team in various responsibilities such as budget and forecasting, project tracking analysis, month-end and quarter-end closing activities (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.) to help ensure the completeness and accuracy of the financials to meet targets and drive results.
Main responsibilities:
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including preparing accruals, journal entries, and managing master data in ERPs and TM1
- Apply allocation methods during the closing process where applicable
- Manage personnel costs controlling, including the STI (Bonus) Accrual and True-Up process
- Prepare analysis for balance sheet accruals, prepaids, and reserves, and support financial reporting to Controllers
- Analyze financial results to identify risks and opportunities, presenting findings to management
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations, explain balance fluctuations, and create specialized reporting for off balance-sheet items
- Collaborate with business partners to analyze spending, prepare monthly accruals, and continuously seek process improvement opportunities
About you
Experience:
- Work experience in a related field
Soft and technical skills:
- High attention to detail, quality, and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines with strong analytical capabilities
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of projects at a detailed level and capability of working in multiple systems and tools
- Ability to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders and work effectively across international work streams in a complex matrix environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-lookups, macros, and data downloading; technology-savvy with agile learning abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, motivated to grow in your career, and business-oriented

Education:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required
