About the Role

We seek a Junior Marketing Data Analyst who is passionate about ecommerce and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with marketing teams, analyzing campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and developing actionable insights. This role requires strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to improve our marketing effectiveness.

You will be responsible for influencing business decisions by leveraging Data and Analytical capabilities. This would also include collaborating with all peers in related crafts (i.e., Data Engineering, Marketing & Commercial teams, Supply Chain, Finance etc). 

The role requires effective communication, stakeholder and project management experience and ability to convey complex analysis results in a clear manner. Support will be provided where needed with required guidance.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of data analytics experience, preferably with focus in marketing or ecommerce or customer analytics 
  • Proficient in Python and SQL; R experience is a plus
  • Familiar with cloud tools like Google BigQuery along with understanding of Customer Data platform 
  • Knowledge of data visualization tool (particularly Looker Data Studio) is a must
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms (like Google Analytics 4,Meta Ads, Google Ads etc) and KPIs (CVR, CPC etc) is important
  • Knowledge of A/B and statistical testing will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of Marketing attribution frameworks (First click vs Last click) and marketing funnels will be appreciated
  • Understanding of incrementality testing and how Market Mix Model works is a big plus
