We are looking for a Junior ABAP Developer to join our SAP team to support Wattyl and crown. The ideal candidate will work on SAP ABAP development, enhancements, debugging, and troubleshooting while collaborating with functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs including reports, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and SmartForms.
- Support SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.) by developing custom solutions as per business needs.
- Work on ABAP Dictionary objects (Tables, Views, Data Elements, etc.).
- Debug and troubleshoot existing ABAP code to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ALV reports, user exits, enhancements, and BDCs.
- Assist in SAP Upgrades, Migrations, and Performance Tuning.
- Document technical specifications and support unit testing & integration testing.
- Follow SAP best practices and coding standards.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.
- Hands-on experience in Reports, ALV, SmartForms, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.).
- Knowledge of ABAP Objects (OOPs Concept in ABAP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, or OData Services is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- SAP ABAP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
