As a Key Account Manager in Ernakulam, you will play a vital role in engaging healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support business growth.

  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Engage healthcare professionals in meaningful, science-based conversations to provide value and insights.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies and positioning.

  • Manage resources effectively, including budgets, to maximize customer value.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and achieve business goals.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing sales or territory management role.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related roles.

  • Ability to interpret scientific data and communicate clinical insights effectively.

  • Strong listening and influencing skills to engage healthcare professionals strategically.

  • High learning agility and business acumen.

  • Proficiency in more than one language is an advantage.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
