We’re hiring L1 Cloud Operations Engineers to join our first-line cloud operations team. As part of a 24/7 global operation, you’ll ensure the health, availability, and stability of Redis Enterprise cloud environments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll monitor, triage, and resolve basic alerts, while learning cloud operations practices and collaborating with senior engineers.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor Redis clusters and respond to alerts in real time.
- Perform basic remediation tasks (failovers, memory checks, routine optimizations).
- Follow runbooks and escalation procedures with precision.
- Collaborate across shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage.
- Provide clear communication and updates during incidents.
- Escalate issues to senior CloudOps teams when needed.
- Support documentation and continuous improvement of procedures.
What will you need to have?
- 2 years of experience in technical support, NOC, or cloud operations.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux fundamentals.
- Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools and incident workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a shift-based team.
- Calm under pressure, disciplined, and eager to learn.
Extra great if you have:
- Knowledge of Redis or distributed systems.
