Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience (Expert level) of Routing & Switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix and Cisco ACI
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site ACI design, implementation, and support, Tenant constructs, Application network profiles, Contracts, Fabric access policies, extensions & Routing and policies
- Working knowledge of Citrix and F5 load Balancer products.
- Will provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation and run with issues until the point of resolution.
- Supporting in rotation shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when needed Qualifications
- Troubleshooting traffic flows via underlay and overlay
- Strong Documentation skills
- Design and implement advanced network solutions.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.
- Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers.
- Manage and secure Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Oversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers.
- Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team.
- Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution.
- Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations.
- Excellent analytical & interpretive skills.
- Develop and maintain network documentation and standards.
- Good Knowledge of ITIL framework and Service management.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Cisco AAA servers.
- Advanced proficiency in managing Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- In-depth knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers.
- Expertise in Cisco ACI, SDx, Cisco IOS & NXOS
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with 4 years of hand on experience on technology
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP PCNSE) are highly desirable.
