The Lead Analyst in Compliance Analytics will lead discussions, design data solutions, analyze large datasets, maintain documentation, and foster collaboration with IT, focusing on continuous improvement and insights for compliance.

Lead Analyst, Compliance Analytics
What you will do:
- Leads discussions with key stakeholders to ensure that key business questions and problems are well defined and understood
- Assists or leads the design, development and delivery of data sets/solutions to help meet business objectives
- Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation that encompass the full lifecycle of data analytics related activities
- Analyze large volumes of data to facilitate the communication of insights and findings to key compliance stakeholders and business partners
- Partner with data custodians and process experts to ensure quality of data and definitions to support building reliable data models and analysis
- Lead culture of continuous improvement by enhancing existing databases, data collection methods, statistical methods, technology, procedures and training.
- Maintains awareness of industry best practices and pursues professional development opportunities through internal/external trainings and research and shares knowledge with team members
- Develops strong relationships with relevant members of the Information Technology (IT) department to leverage expertise and foster collaboration
What you need:
- 8 - 11 years of relevant experience required in Analytics and related field
- Proficient in common data programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R, DAX, Spark)
- Hands on working experience in following tools preferred - Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Analysis Services, Microsoft Flows
- Hands on experience in ML, ML Flow and Data Science concepts
- Good understanding of statistics and AI algorithms
- Proficient in business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Experience with data modeling and database concepts
- Undergraduate Degree required. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other relevant engineering/technical field preferred.
