Lead Analyst, IT Solution Support
The Lead, IT Solution Support is responsible for leading development and support for the Stryker Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ and home-grown Field Inventory Management applications (EIM, RepSuite). This individual is responsible for leading the business requirement gathering, design technical solutions, implementation, and optimization of solutions.
This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure efficient and effective IT solutions delivery for CRM, Field Services and Field Inventory Management business processes.
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline, attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
What you will do:
- Perform hands-on design, build and test for Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, EIM and RepSuite applications enhancements and projects
- Lead and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce, React JS, React Native related development and support activities
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrators to validate technical solution for the business requirements and considerations of security, scalability, stability
- Lead and work alongside developers from vendor teams to design, develop, code review and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, while upholding high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with global process governance, business process leads and IT business partners to ensure alignment in solution designs and delivery timelines.
- Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, the technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem that best fits Stryker’s customization
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems
- Investigate and resolve complex issues and bugs, ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.
- Offer best practices, advice and recommendations to Managed Services team around overall systems architecture and Salesforce Platform strategy
- Coordinate the onshore and offshore vendor teams for support and development activities
What you need:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development including design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Customize Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules.
- Hands on experience in developing custom web and mobile applications using React JS, React Native
- Experience of working on integration with Salesforce, SAP and other cross applications using integration techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus)
- Agentforce certification is preferred
- ITIL Foundations v4 certification preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with Heroku platform for custom app development and Med-tech industry is preferred
