We're looking for an experienced Lead Analyst,System Administration to join our Sales BI & Analytics team responsible for reporting and business analytics for Sales teams. Reporting to Manager, Systems Administration, you'll be responsible for:
- Tool Deployment: Leading end-to-end deployment, integration, and maintenance of GTM tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce, etc
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning with Sales, Pre-sales, and other teams to deliver tech solutions that meet business objectives
- Project Management: Driving full project lifecycles—create BRDs, manage timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment from start to finish
- Data Quality & Integrity: Ensuring GTM system data accuracy through structured imports, cleanup, and deduplication processes
- GTM Strategy Definition: Playing a pivotal role in crafting go-to-market strategies, resource plans, and execution frameworks that drive success
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 6 years of System Administration experience with hands-on deployment and management of platforms like Salesforce and ZoomInfo
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce features,functionalities, report creation, and GTM platform flexibility to adapt to tools like ZoomInfo or Salesforce
- Skilled in using Excel and other analytical tools to extract insights, track tool adoption, and measure ROI within complex organizations
- Experience in Gen-AI/LLM projects, coupled with a proactive approach to adopting new tools and optimizing processes
- Embody a self-starter attitude, excelling in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
