The purpose of this role is to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients

Key responsibilities:
Builds dashboards and manages dashboard build teams
Manages the quality check and acceptance process between build teams and stakeholder teams
Manages the client relationship on medium-sized reporting and visualisation projects
Develops underlying data structures for complex projects with multiple use cases
Leads discovery with internal and client stakeholders to document requirements
Scopes and estimates level of effort new projects with guidance from Directors and Head
Responds to RFPs with guidance from Directors and Head
Manages a team of Executives and Analysts
Ensures adherence to commitments defined in project plans and SOWs
