Roles & Responsibilities:

 

We are looking for Lead Campaign Manager is responsible for oversight on primary accounts, managing daily workflow and monitoring team schedules. Works closely with Campaign Managers, Email Developers and Quality Assurance resources to ensure best practices are followed and campaign development is executed to client expectations.

This position is responsible for the daily campaign execution production within the Campaign Services department, ensuring that all campaign deployment requests have been assigned resources and that work is distributed evenly among the available resources. Because of the fluctuations in workloads, the Lead may be required to help shift work from one resource to another, or to communicate with Account Management if deadlines may be compromised.

  1. Collaborate with members of the Campaign Execution Services team to manage, build, and deploy campaigns on behalf of clients.
  2. Managing and providing oversight as campaigns move through the development.
    1. Timelines and Resource scheduling
      1. Work with internal departments and clients to establish or maintain workflows based on campaign calendars.
      2. Ensure correct allocation of department resources in support of varying client support needs.
      3. Track, report and manage associated communications and delegation of work.
      4. Anticipate when hand-offs are due and follow up before they become late.
      5. Additionally, in this capacity will track, report and manage associated communications and delegation of work.
    2. Asset intake and build
      1. Prep final assets and ensure requirements are clear for Email Development team and QA resources to build and test.
      2. Call attention when assets are not adequate for the job. Follow up with clear and concise client facing explanations as to what can be done to fix the issue, as well as correct the assets when possible.
  3. Ensure flawless execution by confirming team is following standard best practices.
  4. Act as a point of contact as potential issues arise and exercise quick decision making, providing recommendations to move forward. This also includes setting client expectation and speaking to decisions.
  5. Be available as part of a rotating off-hour monitoring escalation process in support of Client Campaign issues as needed. Serve as subject matter expert and be available for client consulting in that capacity.
  6. Ensure documentation for client program and process are managed on a regular basis and accessible to team.
  7. Cross train and develop team, in a manner that ensures transparent production support and smooth handoff to overnight and weekend support team.
  8. Assist with internal testing and best practices discovery.
  9. Assist with external client consulting.
  10. Assist with training clients on coding or process best practices
  11. Travel to other business locations in a consulting capacity.

Working Hours & Holiday Schedule:

 

  1. This role requires you to work in shifts.
  2. Position will follow the Blended US/India Holiday calendar.
  3. Shifts vary for this role but are set once discussed with candidate:
    1. 1:30 pm -- 10:30 pm IST / 4:00 am -- 1:00 pm EST
    2. 3:30 pm -- 12:30 am IST / 6:00 am -- 3:00 pm EST
    3. 6:30 pm -- 3:30 am IST / 9:00 am -- 6:00 pm EST
    4. 9:30 pm -- 6:30 am IST / 12:00 pm -- 9:00 pm EST
  4. 5 US holidays + 5 India holidays
Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  2. 8+ years of previous relevant work experience is required.
  3. 3+ years' experience within an enterprise-level ESP.
  4. SFMC Specialist Certification with 3+ years' experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  5. SFMC Administrator, Consultant or Developer certifications a bonus.
  6. Detail oriented, highly motivated and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  7. Thinks creatively and take initiative to achieve individual and team deliverables on time.
  8. Understanding of dynamic message building, CSS and HTML. SQL and database structure knowledge a plus.
  9. Communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate, professional manner.
  10. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and internal customer schedules with minimal oversight
  11. Ability to lead and effectively manage technical discussions.
  12. Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, impeccable eye for detail and strong organizational skills
  13. Knowledge of best practices in email coding a plus.
  14. A strong work ethic with a desire for self and team improvement.
