Boeing Test and Evaluation team is currently looking for one Lead Cloud Solution Architect to join their team in Bengaluru, KA. Test & Evaluation engineers at Boeing make sure that products at the world's largest aerospace company continue to meet the highest standards. From quality and reliability, to safety and performance, their expertise is vital to the concept, design and certifications of a wide variety of commercial and military systems.
Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and secure cloud architectures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud leveraging native services and reference patterns
• Leads developers to deploy and support complex applications in a public cloud environment, evaluate performance and implement enhancements.
• Leads implementation of cloud services and integration with in-house applications and systems
• Delivers and support infrastructure-as-code solutions of high complexity focused on full application stack, including infrastructure and software.
• Partners with relevant stakeholders in the Information technology and business teams on existing and new cloud-based products/services and solutions of high complexity in line with standards defined by the enterprise team.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and data models supporting both transactional and analytical workloads.
• Build cross-cloud automation, data-processing jobs, and platform utilities in Python.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support analytics, visualization, and ML workflows without exposing unnecessary infrastructure complexity.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation to enable rapid, reliable, and secure delivery.
• Build and maintain observability capabilities-including logging, metrics, and distributed tracing-to enable rapid diagnosis, performance optimization, and operational insight.
• Produce runbooks, Documentation, best practices, and share platform tooling to speed team delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance and costs.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with cloud security best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Bicep to enable repeatable, secure deployments.
• Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms (AKS, EKS, ECS) and serverless patterns.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Typical Education & Experience:

• Typically 12 or more years' related work experience. Advanced degree (eg. Bachelor, Master etc.) preferred, but not required.
