OOM (Optum Operating Metrics) Reporting
Contribute to the OOM report, which includes business metrics from Optum and cross Optum teams for leadership review. Design, develop, and manage enterprise BI dashboards and reports using PowerBI, ensuring that they reflect organizational objectives and prioritize essential KPIs. Build and refine scalable SQL solutions for advanced data extraction, integration, and analytics across different business units, bringing together important metrics from multiple sources. Lead efforts to implement AI-driven automation for smoother data workflows and deliver actionable insights, boosting efficiency and supporting strategic decisions across the organization.
E2E Report
E2E is a similar report to OOM but focused on Contact Center operations. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the entire process - from creation to distribution.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating and preparing the report
• Collaborating with business partners
• Understanding data, metrics, and formulas within Excel
• Working with PowerPoint to prepare presentations
• Communicating updates with leaders
• Making revisions and improvements as needed throughout the reporting cycle
• GCO Work
  • Collaborating with offshore teams to help them gather data and understand requirements
  • Conducting extensive requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B Tech / MCA in Computer Science
• 6+ years of proven experience with PowerBI for dashboard and report creation
• Hands-on experience in data manipulation, cleaning, and validation
• Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Solid SQL skills, including the ability to write custom queries independently
• Proven excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
