A Lead Developer drives technical strategy and ensures high-quality software delivery by mentoring engineers, designing application architecture, and bridging gaps between stakeholders and the development team. They combine hands-on coding with leadership to set standards, conduct code reviews, and manage project timelines for successful project execution. 
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Defining application architecture, establishing coding standards, and making critical technology choices.
Mentorship & Team Guidance: Mentoring junior developers, fostering a productive team culture, and improving code quality.
Project Execution: Managing development lifecycles, ensuring deadlines are met, and identifying development opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders and acting as a bridge for project needs.
Hands-on Development: Writing, testing, and debugging complex code while troubleshooting critical issues.

Impact You'll Make:

Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks in PHP

Experience: 10+ years of software development experience.
