Join our team at Ericsson as a Lead Developer, a critical role that drives our end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and burgeoning business needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will facilitate profitable business growth by bridging customer needs and technical opportunities into robust offerings and proposals. You will support the Consultants during the requirement analysis and high-level design phases while having the chance to assume responsibilities in Customer Support, sales, and service delivery.We're seeking a Lead Developer to collaborate with the TechLead and development team on evolving internal applications and migrating existing systems to a new radio performance chain. The role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on development, and adherence to Craft practices in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement the features requested during the sprint in accordance with the architectural framework established by the TechLead. • Provide strong technical leadership and guide the team in the technical aspects of software development. • Coordinate tasks among developers. • Oversee code reviews and testing, ensuring that best development practices are applied and guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality products. • Participate in estimating development tasks and sprint planning, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. • Perform unit testing and automate tests to ensure code quality. • Develop web applications exposing REST services. • Use object-oriented programming (e.g., Golang). • Set up development environments (ASP.NET Core WebAPI, Angular, SQL Server, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, GitLab). • Ensure maintenance and resolution of technical issues of existing systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and functional needs. • Manage development milestones and deadlines. • Write relevant technical documentation for the developments performed. • Analyze root causes in case of incidents and provide necessary fixes. • Follow the agile organization in place.
Required Skills:• Strong in C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, TypeScript, and Kubernetes.• Familiarity with Golang, Docker, GitLab, and Helm.• Experience in agile environments and technical documentation.• Leadership, analytical thinking, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
• Engineering degree.• Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.• Awareness of telecom and mobile radio domains is a plus.
