- Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for the Workplace Technology product group - Conferencing Rooms and Audio Visual
- This role will be part of an internal Product Line team for Workplace Technology. The candidate will work with the delivery team on defining, planning & executing AV VC solutions that meet the objectives and roadmap milestones for the respective Product group.
- Serve as Team Product Owner- Conferencing Rooms and Audio Visual
- Collaborate and work with Product Manager, Product Owner, engineering leads, Scrum Masters and co-located Delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Reiterate and deliver the vision and direction of the L3 Product group by implementing innovative and solutions which have significant impact
- Support the overall strategy, refine features and stories, plan and guide the teams to meet the overall Objectives and Key Results and roadmap milestones for the product.
- Develop, evolve, and communicate the product vision, priorities, and strategy to key partners and stakeholders while obtaining feedback, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor product goals and performance indicators.
- Support as required, to improve maturity, metrics and address any anti patterns
- Facilitate collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product backlog aligned to the product vision and goals.
- Enable the team to deliver work seamlessly by writing clear features, refining user stories, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met
- Coordinate with other team product owners in service of the customer experience.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all known work is added to the backlog and made transparent.
- Maintain a healthy backlog of items that are linked appropriately.
- Actively participate in all product events as per established requirements.
- Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products.
- Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Be available to the team to answer questions and address escalated impediments.
- Maintain continuous and cadenced communication with the product manager, product owner and delivery teams
- Coordinate with release managers, delivery coordinators, POs, and supporting roles that are shared across delivery teams.
- Support and deliver content for employee facing communications and support collaterals
- Seek user feedback as required, analyze and report at different forums
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner
- 8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- Experience working with and leading delivery teams.
- Must have very good understanding in Conferencing & Multimedia products (Cisco, Poly, Lifesize, Crestron, Extron and other AV platforms)
- Understanding in working with Video conferencing solutions like, Microsoft teams, Zoom, Webex etc.
- Proven and strong knowledge and experience with key platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Share Point etc
- Strong communication and presentation skills to liase between key stakeholders, development teams and leadership; comfort in high-level business discussions with internal and external executives
- Agile and Scrum Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum Framework to manage product backlog, product development and development cycles effectively
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Working knowledge to create PowerBI and/or Tableau dashboards
- Experience working with & managing global technology teams & landscape.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously & seamlessly.
- Experience with human centered design principles.
- Strong risk management leadership and dependency management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions
