This pivotal role requires expert understanding and knowledge of the Digital Workplace: M365 suite, Azure AD, AWS, Beyond Trust, Intune, JAMF
You will be responsible for- Serve as primary administrator for SaaS end user computing solutions
- Lead technical investigation and architecture in the end user computing space for new tool implementations driving improvement in efficiencies and end user experience
- Work with business counterparts to evaluate new categories of end user tools
- Serve as a technical expert for end user computing tools and escalations
- Provide technical leadership on implementing automation, education, and self-serve tooling for incident and service request reduction
- Partner with information security team on end user device end point protection tools and processing
Minimum Qualifications:
- Deep experience in implementing and managing the digital workplace: M365: Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Azure AD, AWS,
- Experience in cloud infrastructure environments: AWS and and good working knowledge of Beyond Trust PM, Box, Zoom, Intune, JAMF
- Excellent analytical skills and experience of PowerShell and automation scripting to streamline operations
- Strong oral and written communications with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to deliver support and training to ensure effective use of Digital Workplace Tools
- Collaborative working style to be able to partner with technology and business stakeholders across the organization and influence technology decisions
- Ability to understand and drive service management/SLAs
- Strong presentational skills including the ability to present technical topics to senior leadership
- A strong track record of executing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Requires 6+ years of related technical and business experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and implementing technologies that facilitate seamless collaboration, and productivity within an organization
- Implement solutions that enhance user experience and streamline operations
- Strong presentational skills including the ability to present technical topics to senior leadership and understand business requirements and translate to technical solutions
- Understanding of security and compliance in a fintech organization to manage endpoints and processes
- Strong experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow and collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira
