We’re seeking someone to join our FRPPE Tech team as a Lead Full Stack Development in UI, specializing in Angular as the primary skill, and React as a secondary skill.

This is a Lead Software Engineering, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade reporting and analytics solutions as part of a greenfield project, driving the build vs. buy evaluation and multiple POCs.
• Architect and implement robust software systems using Java, Angular, and other modern technologies, ensuring best practices in SDLC, code quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, evaluate tools, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI, Copilot, and AI-driven development practices to enhance automation, reporting, and developer productivity, including design, code completion, review, and automated test case generation.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate project status, and proactively address risks and challenges.
• Promote agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and champion their adoption where relevant.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in full stack development, specializing in Angular as the primary skill, and React as a secondary skill.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
• Strong experience in UI/UX design, automated testing, and use of modern test tools and frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, etc.).
• Experience integrating with backend services (Java, Python, REST APIs) and building full stack solutions.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and modern SDLC practices.
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-level applications, preferably in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in additional languages and frameworks (Java, Python, SQL, databases, etc.) and ability to quickly learn new tech stacks as needed.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging GenAI, Copilot, or AI-based tools for software development, automation, or reporting, including automated testing and code review.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams, and managing stakeholder relationships in a global environment.
• Mandatory: Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or related domains.
• Business acumen and ability to drive innovation and business impact through technology.
• Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with Power BI, Apache Airflow, OLAP tools, and workflow automation.
• Experience with tool evaluation, POC delivery, and greenfield project leadership.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering business impact through technology.
