The Role: IT Business Systems Analyst - Quality
We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to support the Supplier & Customer Quality Management programs. This role will be pivotal in enabling digital transformation across supplier collaboration, raw material (RM) traceability, and quality risk management. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, driving the design and implementation of scalable, integrated solutions that enhance data visibility, automate quality processes, and support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
* Digital Business Transformation – Program & Project Leadership
Serve as the IT liaison for Supplier & Customer Quality Management DBT initiatives, including BOM explosion tools, RM genealogy, SPC automation and CoAs.
Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design for projects such as:
Supplier Profile Hub and Hierarchy
RM Specification Digitalization and eCoA enablement
SPC OOC detection and automation
Supplier Risk Rating and Mitigation Tracking
BOM/Where-Used explosion tools with cross-plant capability
* Systems Integration & Solution Architecture
Partner with IT and business teams to optimize & integrate systems such as ETQ, Sample Manager (LIMS), SAP, and Camline SQM.
Support the development of a unified supplier master data model and systemic hierarchy across transacting and non-transacting suppliers.
Design and implement supplier-facing portals for:
SPCN, SCAR, Health Assessments, Scorecards, and Risk Mitigation Plans
Document exchange (e.g., contracts, RFQs, forecasts)
eCoA uploads and automated CoA validation workflows
Support automation of Material Quality Risk Rating (MQRR) and predictive analytics for RM quality outcomes.
* Data, Analytics & Reporting
Enable Power BI dashboards and data pipelines for:
Supplier performance metrics (OOC%, DPPM%, lead time trends)
Risk heat maps and mitigation tracking
RM genealogy and critical parameter traceability
Collaborate on the development of SPC maturity metrics and dashboards.
Define and maintain a single, synchronized Supplier Hierarchy across systems.
Partner with MDM team to support data governance efforts for supplier master data, RM specs, and BOM structures.
What We Seek:
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field
Experience:
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in manufacturing, quality, or supply chain environments.
Strong understanding of supplier quality processes, SPC, RM traceability, and BOM structures.
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, ETQ, Sample Manager (LIMS), SAS, and Power BI.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing & quality sectors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Other Skills:
Experience with AI/ML-driven supplier analytics and RPA for procurement workflows.
Familiarity with Smart Agents, data science, and self-service analytics platforms
