Role Summary:

As a Lead Marketer you would play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategies that define Her Story image and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to set the overall marketing strategy for the business.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
  • Manage all marketing-related updates on digital platforms, ensuring a consistent brand image online.
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to create collateral and marketing materials on retail front.

2. Collaborations and Tie-Ups:

  • Identify and facilitate strategic and creative collaborations with banks, luxury car brands, hotels, designers, and other relevant partners.
  • Present partnership opportunities that amplify brand reach and increase foot traffic to the leadership team.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the brand remains competitive.

4. Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including Above-the- Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities.
  • Manage media planning and budget allocation for marketing spends.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce promotional materials.

5. Collaborative Effort:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to implement marketing strategies and manage budgets.
  • Additionally, it requires working alongside the CEO and Business Finance Director to oversee budget allocation and expenditure, while also coordinating with the Brand Director for campaign management and marketing collateral development.

Job Specifications:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Proficiency in database management and CRM tools.
  • Experience with financial projections and budget management.
