A  Senior mainframe performance engineer should possess a strong foundation in mainframe performance monitoring and analysis. Drawing upon your exceptional analytical prowess, you'll gather requirements from stakeholders and masterfully translate them into functional and nonfunctional specifications. As the driving force behind our customers' application modernization endeavors, you'll guide them through every step of the process, ensuring their systems are future-proofed and optimized for success. Your expertise will also come into play as you assist customers in selecting and customizing the perfect packaged solutions to fulfill their unique business needs.
Collaboration will be your cornerstone as you work closely with application architects and development staff to bring your visions to life. Your keen eye for detail will shine as you analyze requirements, meticulously plan design and implementation work, all while adhering to time, cost, and quality targets. You'll consult with customers on compatibility challenges, such as hardware and operating system considerations, data conversion processes, and training requirements, offering them holistic solutions that align seamlessly with their budgets.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 8 of years experience in Performance Testing and Automation Testing

• Deep Knowledge and  experience of Performance Engineering
• Hands on experience with  LoadRunner Tool  and Performance Center ,  
• Scripting - Expertise in C, or C++ or Java
• Required protocols  (HTTP/HTML,  Web-Service & Citrix, True Client)
• Experience in  Windows/Linux/AIX Monitors – VMSTAT, SVMON & PerfMon Commands. 

• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support
• A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems
• Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards
• Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programing languages
• Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Systematic and troubleshooting skills

• Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour during/ after Load test
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
• Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management
