What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute on a global growth strategy across multiple focus areas, including performance marketing, channel management, strategic partnerships, and referrals
  • Build and scale the core global growth infrastructure needed for Tala's markets to thrive, including capabilities for managing customer data for performance marketing and attribution, configurations unlocking market-specific referrals programs, and the backend to power a multi-platform customer experience 
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and iterate continuously based on data-driven insights as well as customer and market team feedback
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product strategy and optimization, ensuring continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management, with a strong background in consumer mobile apps, finance, or related industries
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, configurable capabilities that address key customer problem statements and deliver meaningful business results across a diverse set of markets
  • Demonstrated success in balancing strategic vision and tactical implementation, with a proven track record of effective partnership with engineering teams
  • Ability to create hypotheses, set up experiments, query data, and analyze product performance and success in order to derive actionable insights
  • Capable consumer of modern analytics tools with strong data fluency
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of modern development practices and planning processes
  • Experience of conducting vendor due diligence, integrating 3rd party API’s, and customizing implementation
