Maintains proper product documentation.

Promotes culture of using various AI tools in SDLC including Co-pilot, claude, etc.
Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Preferred 10+ years’ experience in Platform engineering/DevOps.
• Extensive experience of working in Agile, pariticipating in various L0, technical design, roadmap initiatives.
• Passionate about sharing your experiences and knowledge and growing your peers
• Ability to creatively handle challenges and obstacles, innovating solutions balancing both immediate needs with longer-term ownership and maintenance of solutions
• Hands-on experience in ArgoCD & Argo Workflow, Github actions, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm/Kustomize, Azure DevOps.
• Strong Knowledge in GitOps & microservices architecture
• Preferred experience in Python, Go, Datadog
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with solid teamwork ethic and customer focus.
Experience in Cluster management and cluster operations
Experience in SRE functions
