Boeing company is currently looking for an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join their Global Business Operations team in Bangalore.

Boeing's Global Engineering team is currently looking for an Project Management/Engineering Operation Specialist who will work closely with the leadership across the enterprise to run the day-to-day operations of our engineering capabilities in India. The position reports to Manager - Business Operations based out of Bangalore. This team is responsible for business operations and supports across Geographies - Brazil, Poland, Ukraine, India and US.
Position Responsibilities:

• Position encompasses a variety of responsibilities around Boeing's Business operations across multiple geographical sites.
• Work with all Business Operations Leader across Geographies
• The successful candidate will be able to lead , define and documents key metrics through Data collection, analysis and interpretation to resolve operational issues.
• Drive integration and support standardization across operations (wherever required ) between Sites
• Responsible for developing internal documentation and processes
• Coordinates engineering change proposals and baseline support concepts and challenges inconsistencies for clarification.
• Define, implement, maintain and improve processes, tools and metrics that govern and support the operations.
• Enabling senior leadership to make timely, data driven decisions on key choices the organization needs to make.
• Collaboration with support functions to ensure engineering team's requirements across global sites are met.
• Developing and maintaining partnering relationships with program leaders, stakeholders, peers, partners.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing all financial processes to ensure accuracy , compliance and ensuring reporting of planned vs actual
• Support Technical strategy development
• Providing education and coaching to other team members.
• Support ad hoc special projects for future operational readiness of the Global Engineering teams.
• his position may require 15-20% travel in a year.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 4+ years of experience in project management.
• Past experience in business operations, strategy, project management roles
• Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, Python, Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Education and experience acquired through MBA/PGDM master's degree/diploma and Engineering bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Attention to detail and bias for action
• Demonstrated high level of dependability, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
• High sense of ownership and inclination to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in work in multinational team.
• Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English.
• Ability to deliver on time-sensitive activities with high quality output
• A tolerance for organizational complexity

Typical Education & Experience:

• Education/experience acquired through MBA/PGDM master's degree/diploma and Engineering bachelor's degree with 12 to 16 years of experience. Preferred Project Management certification
