As a Lead Qualification Associate at Guidepoint, you will play a key role in evaluating potential leads to ensure alignment with our ideal client profile. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our marketing efforts by allowing the seamless progression of qualified leads through the marketing funnel.

This is a hybrid position out of our Pune office.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Assess the quality of lead submissions coming from our marketing channels to establish whether they meet the minimum thresholds for consideration by our sales teams
  • Categorize leads according to scoring models that rank and prioritize them based on quality, suitability, and potential value to the company
  • Support the seamless progression of qualified leads through our system, determining where they fit in the marketing funnel, and transitioning them through each stage
  • Establish whether leads should remain in the marketing nurture funnel or move directly to sales based on their fit and readiness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a lead classification framework, consistently reassessing and refining for effectiveness and proposing improvements when necessary
  • Define a process for ensuring thorough lead evaluation and continually reassess the efficacy of employed tools, amending them as needed

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Economics, Business, Mathematics or Data Analytics a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience working for a global company
  • Knowledge with Salesforce and the Microsoft Suite required
  • Highly organized, with an aptitude for data-driven decision-making, categorization, and process optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work on cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluent English essential
