Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA activities for critical projects, including migrations, new product launches, and enhancements across life, annuities, and DI domains.
- Own and drive end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting for assigned projects.
- Manage day-to-day QA operations including resource planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.
- Provide guidance and hand-holding to Test Managers managing different project streams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting test schedules; propose and drive mitigations.
- Ensure QA processes, governance, and quality standards are consistently followed across projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing practices and team efficiency.
