Our Recruiting Team is building outstanding teams for Roblox and is essential to our future growth. At the center of the recruiting experience is our Recruiting Coordination team, who handle everything from scheduling interviews, tracking candidate data and helping improve internal processes all while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. We are looking for a motivated individual to manage our India-based Recruiting Coordination team and contribute towards the next stage of Roblox's success! This is a full time hybrid position based in our Gurugram, India offices.

Night Shift: 6:00pm - 2:30am IST (Cabs will be provided)

You Will:

  • Act as point of contact and culture ambassador for the India Office throughout the interview process;
  • Oversee the India-based RC team, managing a team of 5+ RCs who support hiring across Industry and Early Careers;
  • Partner with members of the TA delivery team, U.S-based RC team and hiring teams to improve on our interview scheduling practices with a focus on improving our candidate and interviewer experience and interview scheduling efficiency;
  • Coach the RC team, unblocking and supporting them in their daily activities while developing them as professionals, setting them up for long-term success;
  • Use data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, forecast interview volume, measure the progress and effectiveness of the RC team, and to influence stakeholders.
  • Step in to manage the candidate interview process which includes scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and being the point of contact for candidates, interviewers and recruiters as needed in times of high scheduling volumes;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc projects within the Recruiting Operations team and across the broader recruiting department as needed.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in recruiting/sourcing, recruiting coordination or recruiting operations roles;
  • 2+ years or people management experience, leading large teams and developing direct reports;
  • A history of optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes;
  • Experience building relationships with partners, counseling and sharing feedback to drive better outcomes;
  • Experience using data and insights and to influence the team and partners, to inform strategy, and to measure progress and effectiveness;
  • Expertise with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling tooling, e.g. Greenhouse and ModernLoop;
  • A passion for coaching and developing others, helping them to become the best professional versions of themselves.

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
