Job Title: Lead/ Senior .NET Developer
Location: Open to any Orion Innovation office - Mumbai/Pune/Kochi/Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore/Kochi
Work type: Hybrid (12 days in office required)
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with C# / .NET writing high-quality code with test coverage.
- Testing methodologies such as test-driven development or playwright.
- Proven experience as a technical lead within a delivery team
- Leading lower-level architectural and design decisions and setting engineering standards
- Performing code-reviews and ensuring maintainable and secure code
- Driving best practices for API design, data access and security
- Collaborating with product, platform, security, and architecture stakeholders
- Ownership of OAuth2/OIDC flow selection and standardization, with clear authorization strategies
- Strong EF experience, including schema migrations across both SQL and NoSQL
- Experience building solutions on Azure
- Writing unit and integration tests; using mocking frameworks
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (ideally Azure DevOps)
- Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
Nice to Have
- Defining and evolving CI/CD standards across teams
- Deep hands‑on experience with Terraform on Azure
- Ownership of test strategy (unit, integration, contract, automation)
