Skill sets:
- Experience: 5- 7 years
- 5+ years of experience in Middleware application support.
- In-depth knowledge of the Middleware deployment process, CI / CD frameworks, Error handling & troubleshooting mechanism.
- Experience in any scripting language will be an added advantage.
- Clear understanding of L2/L3 and the production support process of defect fixes.
- Good knowledge on effort estimation, ticket management, Operations procedure, Run Book Maintenance, Learning repository creation
- ITIL certified
- TIBCO , DELL BOOMI ,MULESOFT Support Experienced .(not mandatory)
- Ready to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience of interacting with US customers on a daily basis
