We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer with strong AWS and DevOps expertise to own cloud infrastructure, production reliability, and AI-enabled operations for enterprise healthcare platforms. This role requires hands-on leadership in P1/P2 incident management, observability, and intelligent automation.
Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- AI / AIOps Experience:
- Dynatrace Davis AI, Splunk ITSI / ML Toolkit
- ServiceNow AIOps / Predictive Intelligence
- AWS DevOps Guru, PagerDuty AIOps
- AI-assisted automation and self-healing runbooks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Networking & firewall troubleshooting
- Java basics
- GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools
