This role requires hands-on leadership in P1/P2 incident management, observability, and intelligent automation.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- AI / AIOps Experience:
- Dynatrace Davis AI, Splunk ITSI / ML Toolkit
- ServiceNow AIOps / Predictive Intelligence
- AWS DevOps Guru, PagerDuty AIOps
- AI-assisted automation and self-healing runbooks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Networking & firewall troubleshooting
- Java basics
- GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools
